When you received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, you became a member of the Body of Christ, “the family of believers” (Galatians 6:10). Scripture commands every believer to join a local manifestation of Christ’s Body, a local church (Hebrew 10:25), and we see this pattern in many places throughout the New Testament.
Membership in a local Christian Church is both a privilege and an acceptance of responsibility. By becoming an active member of a local church, you are able to share in something which is an absolute necessity in the life of every believer, namely Christian fellowship. At the same time, you are making a commitment of prayer, labor, and financial support so as to fulfill your function as part of Christ’s Body (Ephesians 4:25; 5:30).
The Board of Directors and the other leadership of All Nations Community Church (ANCC) have made a sincere commitment before the Lord to diligently seek to fulfill the main purpose of ANCC which is, “For everyone to experience God’s love and to become complete in Christ Jesus.” Working together in Christian love and unity, we can build one another toward this goal of becoming more like Christ and helping to extend His Kingdom through the evangelization of the many unsaved around us.
